The Assumption
Targeted Individuals have symptoms that are listed under TI “symptoms”. Symptomatic TIs have found ICT-implants or emit radio frequencies from certain parts of the body, at least around 99% of them. All TIs, even though they have not met before have similar stories, regardless of where they live and who they are, their gender, ethnicity, educational level and other socio-economical factors. We must conclude that we deal with a new kind of technology that exists and is at work, but that is not spoken about. The use of this technology raises many ethical questions that can no longer be ignored.
Our Focus
Because of the evidence, we need to address questions regarding New Emerging Technologies and to find solutions to protect the targeted individuals and the public from the non-consensual sides of these technologies. With new emerging technologies we mean technologies like man-machine-interfaces, advances in nano-technology and it’s threats and all kinds of weapon systems that aim to change or control people through attacks on their minds, personality, behavior and bodies.
Who we are
United Targeted Individuals Europe is a group of civilians that are harassed, tortured and gang stalked 24/7 year after year. Our lives have been taken away from us. Some of us are still young but we live isolated or/and in terrible psychological and physical pain, without any chance to choose our life style or having equal opportunity like everybody else. We believe that we are victims of experimentation without consent because the perpetrators spend unlimited resources on tracking us down and keep us under surveillance day after day, night after night. Even if the cover ups is either crime prevention or some kind of disease, we are neither criminal or suffer from a natural disease. The natural conclusion is that the perpetrators have something to gain by doing this to us. We are victims of experimentation done on humans without consent.
Two areas of research are Artificial Intelligence and Non-Lethal Weapons.
The possibility is there that this technology is also used by powerful institutions in our society illegally and outside the law to punish certain individuals they do not like. It is not excluded that this technology is also used solely for the purpose of creating illness, weakening the individual and creating painful experiences for the victim. That there might be a class of politicians with sadistic traits that simply targets people because they can is a very controversial idea, yet, it’s not possible to exclude it either. The perpetrators are sadistic, and seem to have strong psychopathic traits. Whether some victims have or not these traits isn’t though important, because this is a crime against humanity and internationally banned.
Regarding how victims are chosen, it almost looks as the targets are chosen because it’s easy to single them out.
The type of torture is felt at many levels, penetrating into the victim’s soul or counsciousness, but physical and psychological pain is also created.
Evidence
Some victim’s organisations like ICAACT and FFCH have begun doing radio frequency scans of victims, while Dr. Hildegard Staninger has extracted and analyzed many of these implants. Yet, there aren’t though any statistics made, the organizations are still behind in this respect or are for some reason unwilling to reveal the results. This is a problem we hope is going to be tackled in the future if we’re going to have any use at a group level of the gathered evidence. It looks as the most common implantation are are the ear-area but there are many more spots where the victim emits Radio Frequencies, and the human body doesn’t naturally emit RF.
Extreme dehumanization
It is important to know that the new emerging technologies are not just about control of a human being, (as in social control) and it has nothing to do with any kind of behavior change for the sake of adjusting individuals to a certain norm (as the norms of society – behavioral correction) but it is a way to take away the humanity from the human. This is an extreme form of dehumanization by turning a human being into a cyborg that can be controlled with a few computer commands. It is also a power-relationship creating a master-slave scenario. It is a complete negation of freedom and of the basic human rights that we all believe that we have.
The biggest danger
The danger with this technology lies in the fact that everyone can be easily implanted through vaccination without ever knowing. Some people emit radio-waves but do not show any other types of symptoms. It can be used for torture but also for spying and mind control of the masses. It is also important to know that this is done through computer systems that each day become more powerful and able to maybe gain control over whole populations. It is very worrying that there are not many doctors that really want to get involved and many victims are still forced into psychiatry without doing any kind of tests on them.
Bioethics
Bioethics, is indeed discussed but what is avoided in these discussions is the fact that the technology is here and it has been here since the 1930s. It is advanced that can control and manipulate brain functions, it can upload and download the mind, it can create a copy of the individual in a super computer. Neuro scientists do not yet understand consciousness and that’s probably the only reason that we are making these pages and can still spread the message. In 20 years or so, scientists predict that the human mind will be fully decoded, and that we will enter an age where computers will be more intelligent then humans… Right now we can still because of the complexity of our minds override the computer.
Many of us won’t be here any longer… But our children will… In the wrong hand this technology can create a true Matrix world, a totalitarian society for the mind. And because we are tortured with such an ease, and our rights are taken away without much hesitation, it can give you an idea of how these individuals think and what value they give people: none.
What are the attainable goals with this organization and attempt to Unite TIs in Europe?
– Get to know each other, support each other and share stories and knowledge.
– Understand the tech, the reasons and it’s implications for the individual and the society.
– Gather evidence that helps us to prove that these types of extreme human rights abuses do occur today.
– Spread the word about the horrors of this technology.
– Help demystify the TI-experience.
– Organize campaigns.
– Address questions about new and emerging technologies forced upon unwitting citizens, non-lethal weapons, human experimentation and secret implantation.
– Discuss and inform about the ethics of scientific research – past and present. Discuss the ethics of today and what is happening today, and not whether future robots should or shouldn’t have rights.
– Find people that have the knowledge and expertise that want to help us prove that the technology is here and already affecting people all over the world.
– Encourage Whistle blowers to send in documents that prove what is done to us to newspapers and eventually to wikileaks.
Human rights are not negotiable.
Forbid torture and experimentation on humans without their knowledge or consent at the international and national level in the whole world on all people.

It’s a computer!
The voices are just artificial telepathy.
You do NOT hear them in your ears. They’re like the audio you hear when you are thinking or dreaming.
I believe that “handlers” monitor you and your neural activity and record responses or Phrases to be triggered
whenever you are thinking, saying or doing whatever it is that you were initially thinking, saying or doing.
In other words, whatever you are thinking, saying or doing has unique neural activity.
Their computers can see this neural activity and recognize simularites or patterns.
They program their computers to recognize these patterns to know what you are thinking saying and doing.
That way they can program certain phrases to be said when you think, say or do certain things.
This makes the whole stalking, harassing and mind controlling process basically automated.
It’s like an evil version of SIRI. A computer is monitoring your neural activity via REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING and
delivering these phrases to you via “Artificial Telepathy” whenever certain Neural patterns are Triggered.
For example,
If you are brushing your teeth, your neural activity will be different than if you are picking your nose.
So let’s say you’re picking your nose. Initially, your handlers will see you picking your nose via their remote
neural montioring technology (which you can look up on your own)
They will create a pattern with your neural activity and save it in the computer as “picking nose”
Every time you pick your nose, they (or their computers) will recognize similar activity and add it to the “picking
nose” pattern so no matter how you’re picking your nose, their computers will know.
Then your handlers will record a several different comments every time you pick your nose and label these phrases
These phrases will be set to go off however they decide they want them to, whenever you’re picking your nose.
Another example,
Lets say you’re trying to figure something out and after long mental effort, you finally figure it out.
At that moment when you finally figure out what you were trying to figure out, your neural activity will be
different than when it was when you were trying to figure it out but still hadn’t yet.
Every time you figure something out, you have that same feeling you did last time and therefore the same activity.
Imagine that that neural activity is saved as a pattern labelled “figured it out”
Every time you figure something out now, the computer will recognize that pattern and know that “you figured it out”
Now your handlers can record a few different phrases they want you to hear whenever you figure something out and
assign those phrases for you to hear whenever you do.

As time goes on, they will manually create more and more patterns for everything you think, say and do.
They will also create more and more phrases that you will hear to go with those patterns.
These phrases are repeated throughout your day/life as you think/say/do certain things that TRIGGER them.
New phrases are added every so often and adapted to suit you and to keep you thinking someone is watching.
Eventually they will have you completely mapped out and your montioring will be fully automated.
One could only imagine what they could do with this, like turn you into a robot or make a robot clone of you.

1970 i was five years old and entering kindergarden in the new york school system. in kinder garden i was picked out to be part of a new program in the nyc schools. it was called the i.g.c. program. it stood for intellectually gifted children. there were a total of 50 of us in the program. we were children with iqs off the charts. we were considerd the most intelligent kids in the entire state of new york. we were giving advanced studys that included, politics, releigon, science, math, english etc. we where even taught to speak french! i was actually one of the top student in the program. by the time i turned 7 year old i was fluent in french. i was reading books about the bay of pigs invasion, history, science and reading a lot about seriel killers. while being a child and reading on a college level there was ont thing that went terribly wrong. i could not write and i till cannot today. i have never had the ability to write, i annot spell, i have no use of puncuation and i cannot write a complete sentence. no one has ever been able to explain why i have no writing skills at all. it makes it very hard for me to communicate well with others. another thing i want to point out about school is we kids in the program were given little red pills to take. we were fed sugar cubes about once a week and sometimes given this grape juice. i asked my parents about this recently and my mom assured me she had no knowledge of this. i do remember it very clearly though. i did some research and found others who remember being given the same drugs yet none of us know why. ill give you some food for thaught though. of the 50 of us in the i.g.c. program almost all have had somewhat tragic lives. mot of the kids in the program have gone on to become hard core drug addicts, alcholics, some have committed suicide and we have almot all be in trouble with the law. why would a group of genious kids all end up living such tragic lives? let me continue with my story.

mid 20′ i befriend movie actor peter greene. i become friends with this movie actor. we become very close friends. i get a phone call from him in the middle of the night. he tells me he needs my help and i must come to his home right away he needs my help. when i get to his home i find he murdered aa man right in his own living room. there was a man laying on the floor. he was completly naked anf the top of his head was blown off. there was blood and guts everywhere. it was disgusting. i threw up. peter greene wanted me to help him remove the body from his home. i said no and i left. i reported this incident to the police.
mid 20’s i become the manager of the viper room night club in los angeles. less than two months after taken the job movie actor river pheonix dies at the nightclub. i had noting at all to do with it but i was the manager so i get unwanted media attention..

late 30’s i am doing my time in federal prison. i am once again contacted by the homicide detetives in redagrd to the deat of kimberly pandelios. the tell me that david radamaker is her killer and they need me to testify in court. radermaker was still claiming to be innocent but i testified to the best of my ability. while i was on the stand something i said sparked a emotional response from radermaker. he jumped up in ipen ourt and screamed at me “if you think what i did to oher was bad wait till you see what i do to your sister” that was it a confession in open court. that was it for him. life without the possibility of parole. once again i was in the news and not wanting to be there.
late 30’s very close friend actor robert pastorelli commits suicide. the gun he used was a gun i gave him as a birthday present many years prior to his suicide. no media attention for me. i just feel terrible about what he had done.

I am a victim of mind control. I know some basic facts that can explain most of your insights and experiences put forth and by similar individuals like yourself. First off this is Soviet Global Mind Control effected by targeting ‘vector waves’ from artificial magnetosphere/ionosphere some 10 to 50 km (rough estimation) from surface of the earth (the chem-trail stuff popularly misunderstood is simply replenishing the medium used for deflecting the energy at the target – if you understand the QED involved in light refraction in glass then you will understand the principle here). The impact energy (vector waves) originate from the east-west direction anywhere on earth and descend at an proximate angle of 45 to 60 degrees. These energy pulses impact any matter to demodulate by thermo-elastic energy process. When a human is targeted the bones (skull) are used to demodulate the energy into coherent ‘mental thought’(thought webs). This could be a dream, a subliminal suggestion or electromagnetic frequency pattern that initiates a physiological process. These mental thought webs are transferred from another unfortunate individual trained to attune to your personality and your ‘self’ in order to enable to drive your consciousness (mind control). The effectiveness of this modality is dependent upon your ability of self awareness or knowing yourself. The more you are attuned to reality and your ‘self’ the better chance you have to become aware of the process and prevent control. Unfortunately there is another way to control individuals that uses a linguistic method (semantics) as opposed to thought webs as briefly described above. The linguistic method can be subliminal (into subconscious) or pure voice as conveyed by the ears (into consciousness). For this to be enables the Soviet perpetrators have to implant a device into your inner ear and one inside the ear canal (if you are a victim you will have scar tissue on the tympanic membrane in your left ear). Contrary to other theories the implants are 1-2 mm in length, 0.5 mm in width and round with pointed ends. Victims can easily find these at other areas of the scull (two on frontal lobe, behind the ears, anterior left temporal lobe and the occipital lobe on bony ridges) by placing 0.5 to 1 cm thick rubber over suspect area and discover a seismic-like wave front that generates a kinetic force effect (seismic-like pulse). To disable the implant you can dig it out if you can see it (sometimes when inserted fresh it can be dug out, the location revealed by small lesion), otherwise impact the spot with a blunt object to disable it. Note that these implants in the scalp are used to fabricate the manifestation of mental illness which is then used to discredit you and do away with you – this happens if you are uncontrollable and you learn out too much of the truth. To disable the implant in the ear canal place polystyrene beads into the canal all the way to the ear drum. This will interfere with the device by producing a metallic buzz (this means that transmission is out of sync). To disable the inner ear device used to read/listen to your sub-vocal thinking place rubber muffs over your ears (left ear is the one used but when this is disabled sometimes they will do the same to your right ear which is not as effective due to language processing being done on the left side). Then cover your head with a carbon fibre helmet that fits snugly over your head. You must sleep with this stuff on your head or you will be brainwashed (I know -not very comfortable).
There is also sleep hypnosis which is used to control people. Just quickly, this is effected by impacting energy pulses at your left lobe (about the temple, just next to the ear –technically the anterior temporal lobe) to ‘inject’ thought webs during the hypnogogic stage of sleep (first 20 minutes or so before you fall asleep). You may become aware of the process by ‘hearing’ voices or being woken up unexpectedly during sleep thinking you have been dreaming – this may be repeated during the night until you become responsive (sorry this is very brief but it will give you some idea as to what is going on). To prevent this process you have to have your head covered with carbon fibre as only carbon will stop coherent demodulation by thermo-elastic process and prevent penetration of electromagnetic energy (magnetic energy can get through but the brain is an electromagnetic ‘device’ requiring both).
Then there is the process of alter identity creation what I call ‘meta- id’ – this is the most dangerous and effective form of control as it uses all aspects of other methods. The process here consists of subjecting the victim to horrifying dreams (this process is popularly known and misunderstood as sleep paralysis), then the victim is regressed to a child-like state and a new personality is created which is controlled by subliminal suggestions. When you are subjected to this process you will have a series of mornings waking to find that you feel like you did not sleep well and did not get any quality rest. The control of you will be slow and gradual at first to get you used to switching from one personality to next. If you are keenly self-observant you may notice a kind of mind flipping that causes a momentary foggy state and perhaps some instantaneous vertigo. This is the id switching. Initially you will be given simple tasks which do not stray from you norm, and when they have you well attuned they can have you do things which are against you morals or interest. While in this state you will be controlled to remember and forget selective events so as to create a fabricated experience and history. The selective forgetting is achieved by blanking your temporary memory, again in the anterior temporal lobe but a different frequency (sorry, again I skip a lot of detail but you will get some idea).
Finally, beware of medical practitioners as some are victims themselves, especially if they come from other cultures (good psychological reason for this), and some are crypto-communists usually the psychiatrists or heads of psychiatric units.
And remember, it is not the CIA or the US government (they are victims!), or the Bildeberg group, Illuminati, etc., or the aliens – this is just a distraction – it is the Soviets in every country of the world. To promulgate and expose this system it is the government and the intelligence agency of your country that you should go to inform. Unfortunately many government officials and the elected representatives have been specifically selected because they are susceptible to mental suggestions and you will find it hard to communicate meaningfully and effectively with them (you will know this when nothing is done after you inform them). You will not be able to get close to those who are well informed and self aware because even these people will be situationally manipulated by third party to your disadvantage.
You should know that internet is manipulated especially for you; if you research, articles will be created and served up for you to find and mislead you. Anything that you think that you have found on the internet that is significant and true –it is not! Nothing that reflects facts about mind control is allowed to be placed on internet. You might think that you have created a web site that many people can see but it is only you and perhaps some delusional individuals. That is why you will not read this; or anybody else who can think on the internet. That’s right I am wasting my time because I know that the perpetrators would never allow material like this to surface. So if you by some miracle read this, copy it and distribute it.
Finally, above all know yourself; the best defence against this abuse is to know about brainwashing, hypnosis, alter identity and the basics about the workings of the brain. Keep your feet firmly rooted in reality, do not think you know something without evidence or firm and multiple ‘indicators’, procrastinate and think again; and know real history (now even history is manipulated).
I can read it. Have faith and keep your spirit strong. It is your spirit they want to break but they can’t. Only you can. So don’t. Focus on them imploding. Focus is energy. Use it.

You should take your medications when out because they see when you’re not and then harras you. Be religious about it. I will post here how to disable this implants on your head when I found out how. Also I have found that them have also some sort of brain implant in their heads and probably a battery (go listen Metallica: Battery) but in their case it enhances a standard of living, in victims case it is a hell. 1970 i was five years old and entering kindergarden in the new york school system. in kinder garden i was picked out to be part of a new program in the nyc schools. it was called the i.g.c. program. it stood for intellectually gifted children. there were a total of 50 of us in the program. we were children with iqs off the charts. we were considerd the most intelligent kids in the entire state of new york. we were giving advanced studys that included, politics, releigon, science, math, english etc. we where even taught to speak french! i was actually one of the top student in the program. by the time i turned 7 year old i was fluent in french. i was reading books about the bay of pigs invasion, history, science and reading a lot about seriel killers. while being a child and reading on a college level there was ont thing that went terribly wrong. i could not write and i till cannot today. i have never had the ability to write, i annot spell, i have no use of puncuation and i cannot write a complete sentence. no one has ever been able to explain why i have no writing skills at all. it makes it very hard for me to communicate well with others. another thing i want to point out about school is we kids in the program were given little red pills to take. we were fed sugar cubes about once a week and sometimes given this grape juice. i asked my parents about this recently and my mom assured me she had no knowledge of this. i do remember it very clearly though. i did some research and found others who remember being given the same drugs yet none of us know why. ill give you some food for thaught though. of the 50 of us in the i.g.c. program almost all have had somewhat tragic lives. mot of the kids in the program have gone on to become hard core drug addicts, alcholics, some have committed suicide and we have almot all be in trouble with the law. why would a group of genious kids all end up living such tragic lives? let me continue with my story.

mid 20’s i become the manager of the viper room night club in los angeles. less than two months after taken the job movie actor river pheonix dies at the nightclub. i had noting at all to do with it but i was the manager so i get unwanted media attention..
mid 20’s i begin to ee a pshchiotrist, he diagnoesed me as bi-poler and puts me on medications. i was on many different types of medications. i dont know if they helped but i continues to take this pharmacutical garbage up untill last year. i quit drinking and to this day i have not had another drink.
early 30’s. i continue to take this medicine but i discovered the use of medical marijuana. my doctors agree that it is good medicine for me and i become a avid useer of medical marijuana. it is the first thing that has ever given me relief from my mind. i use medical marijuana and feel a peace unlike anyone could imagiane. it calms my nerves and i get a spiritual awakening from the use of marijuana.
early 30’s i finally obtain a job that suits me. i become the president and ceo of a publicly traded company. my life was fantastic i was on top for once in my life. i am still using medical marijuana and some of the pharmacutical medications. this is when things start getting crazy for me again. i had no idea what i was involved in at work. i belived i was just doing my job to the best of my ability. i become the subject of a fbi investigation. the governement makes a ase that my company os a front for orginized crime and that we are money laundering and commiting wide spread fraud. i was arrested as well as the people i worked for. we were charged with a who array of white collar crimes. i pleaded guilty and given 8 years of probation.

late 30’s while still under supervision of pre-trail services i am watching a tv show called unsolved mystrys. the do a segment on a beautifull model from florida named kimberly pandellios. they give some facts of her murder. i couldent belive what i was hearing. the describe the same thing that david radamaker descirbed whan he told me he killed that girl. i was in shock and horrified. i called the number and told them what i knew. a couple homicide detective came out to talk to me a couple times but i never heard anything else.
late 30′ i was still on probation, i could not find work. every dime i had ever earned was seized by the government in connection with my white collar crimes. i was broke and couldent imagine how i would ever make a living again. by this time a was a huge medical marijuana user. i had now aquired a degree in cannabis from the university of amsterdam. i know what i was doing and i opened a medical marijuana dispensary in los angeles. i had become a high profile medical marjuana advocate and activist. i opend several more locations and was doing very well. i was making money hand over fist. my health and mind were doing very good. i was helping medical marijuana patients and i was feeling good about myself. on a cold november night my worst fear came true. i was raided by the fbi and the dea. i was arrested for possession for sales of marijuana, furnishing a plae to smoke marijuana, possession of hashish, manufactore of hashish, and money laundering. once again they governemt seized everything i owned. i was again on trial for a crime i did not commit. medical marijuana and the dispensing of it are legal in california but not leagel in the united tates of america. after a lenghty high profile trial i was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in federal prison. i went and did my time. it was crazy i was housed with a virtual whos who in the world of orginized crime. i was with every hight profile offender of the time. it was like everyone i was housed with was in the news almost every day. i was with doctors and mafia members.

late 30’s very close friend actor robert pastorelli commits suicide. the gun he used was a gun i gave him as a birthday present many years prior to his suicide. no media attention for me. i just feel terrible about what he had done.

My experience is that “most people” are in full support of brainwashing and the control of isolated individuals. People who espouse love, freedom and joy in living–(who are not part of the wealthy who get to enjoy the best in life, at the expense of keeping everyone else that they can in a type of slavery) talk about love and joy, but they of course fully support and usually sponsor the attacks on individuals, in order to keep their “power” over humanity, and to keep people miserable so they help them to keep down any “anomalies” who don’t support their system of total control. I have been a victim of electronic harassment, voice-to-skull, radiation directed energy weapons, deliberate noise harassment i.e. Sirens, motorcycles and vehicles using the full power of their engines to annoy, distract, and cause alarm in my day-to-day life.

I was targeted by the the LCMG(Life-Cycle Management Group) of the 542nd Combat Sustainment group, AKA Satellite terrorists: targeting a civilian near you with electromagnetism.

C’est une torture constante qui n’a qu’un but: le suicide. Ils torturent mes parties génitales jours et nuits tout en proférant des insultes ignoble. Ils me font sans doute passer pour quelqu’un de dangereux auprès des gens car toutes sortes de personne participent à mon harcèlement, du plus jeune au plus ancien. The voices are basically just artificial telepathy.

So let’s say you’re picking your nose. Initially, your handlers will see you picking your nose via their remote
neural montioring technology (which you can look up on your own)
They will create a pattern with your neural activity and save it in the computer as “picking nose”

As time goes on, they will manually create more and more patterns for everything you think, say and do.
They will also create more and more phrases that you will hear to go with those patterns.
These phrases are repeated throughout your day/life as you think/say/do certain things that TRIGGER them.
New phrases are added every so often and adapted to suit you and to keep you thinking someone is watching.
Eventually they will have you completely mapped out and your montioring will be fully automated.
One could only imagine what they could do with this, like turn you into a robot or make a robot clone of you.

I found something unnatural in my ear. It’s making different high-pitched sounds. Then it changes to a drill or skill saw. I am not crazy, but they are trying to make me look that way. Also hearing chanting. I went to a doctor and they would not remove it. I found it with an ink pen refill. You can feel it clicking against the device but cannot remove it. I had a procedure done at Sky ridge Hospital December of 2017 it very possible they did it then. Saint Joseph Hospital denied it was in my ear last visit. 2/18 1:02 woke up by high pitch squeal in left ear again. 2/18 voice mails will not delete. 2/18 applications making touch and closing by themselves. 2/18 apps not loading after restoring and full Wi-Fi signal. 2/18 keep putting kids in the hotel. Me and my brother got into a verbal altercation on 4/8/18 due to the harassment and he pushed me, and I could not pick myself off the floor my arms had no strength and I was in a lot of pain. I went to the doctor Skybridge ER the next day and my brother told me not to tell the doctor he pushed me, and I didn’t. Sky ridge gave me a cat scan of my Brain for possible stroke and it came back negative and it was not a heart attack. They told me they thought it was in my neck. On 4/16/18 I went to Saint Joseph Hospital and they gave me an MRI. My brother pushing on the floor resulted in 4 slipped discs in my neck. This is going to cost 15,000 to 30,000 to fix. I still have pain in my wrist and numbness in my fingers. I talked to a DA a few weeks ago and they told me to make a police report, but Greenwood Village police department would not help me since it happened 4/8/18. State law stated that you can still charge after the fact. I have medical records and images from both hospitals stating we were in an argument. We had another verbal altercation 11/05/18 due to the harassment and I threw bourbon for my glass and gave him a love bite on the nose.

HARASSMENT AT ANTHEM BCBS
I was an employee of IBM starting 09/19/17 and worked at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Denver. Anthem contracted IBM for their end user support / field support and server tape backup within the Anthem building at 700 Broadway Denver. The following statements below involved IBM employees and some Anthem employees. I will indicate IBM or Anthem on each statement or action made by either company employees.
IBM– Greg Newton— Made statement I should never play the victim then went to the back of the support room near the kitchen with 2 other guys and they kind had a huddle and stared at me and has his arms folded. How would Greg Newton know about inappropriate things that happened to me when I was kid?
IBM—Scott walked passed me and said PFILE be nuts.
IBM—Patrick Beacom – Made comment about my masturbation habit how you he knows that I do not know him on a personal level how would he know that?
IBM—Patrick Beacom—Called me when I left my apartment one evening when I called in sick to work wanting to know where I was going? It was from an untraceable VOIP line. This seemed a little strange and too coincidental.
IBM / Anthem—when I called in sick the password on my phone was being changed and locked out. The phone had to be erased and restored so I could access it. This happened on 3 or more occasions. This was my personal phone not company issued iPhone.
IBM / Anthem—Was continually asking me to verify my passed employment. I asked other IBM employees was this happening to them and they said no.
Anthem – Michelle Moriarty—Told me she “LIKES A BIG ONE” in the monitor stock room. This is not the appropriate way a Manager should talk to an employee. I could care less about what big ones she likes.

IBM—Greg Newton / Anthem a guy named Kyle or Michael not sure of his name, but I set up his iPhone in the 3rd floor Field Support office and he seems gay to me. I was on the 4th floor setting up a pc and Greg Newton walked away from his desk. After the Anthem employee walked passed me then I head to the elevator to go back down to the 3rd floor field support office. Then this Anthem employee walked to the men’s room which was right beside the elevator and held his butt in the door on purpose.
IBM—My new laptop was always slow after being reimaged several times. I asked other IBM employees were they having this issue and they said no.
IBM—A group of newly hired women came in the same day I resigned to get their laptops set up and one toe tapped me when I went to the imaging table to check a pc I was working on. This also seems strange that there were no men in the group, do they only hire women for this position? Seems like sex discrimination.
IBM—Constructive discharge—They took work away from me when I would call in sick. The harassment they inflicted on me was causing me anxiety and depression.
IBM—Christopher Phillips resigned from IBM around 5/30/18 and reported some of the harassment to Richard Herrema my manager at IBM. I did not report the harassment because I’ve been too 2 different HR depts. In the past and they did nothing to help me. In 2004 at Grifols I reported that someone place a “FAGGOT NOTE IN THE STERILE FILLING AIRLOCK AFTER I WENT TO RETRIEVE SOME BPR’S FROM THE AIRLOCK” they did nothing to help with some of the discrimination against gays in the plant and the HR Director to me he thought I was just sensitive. Went to HR at Saint Joseph Hospital 2016 and they did nothing to help with unfair pay and not properly balanced workload.
Dirty clothes in closet placed on bed. IPHONE Web browser being stopped when I have a full LTE signals when I try to send out emails to news agencies. Wired headphones constantly switching from plugged in headphones to external speaker on iPhone for no reason. Sent emails missing whole paragraphs after sending. People constantly playing something above my room. Things moved around in my room. New pink shirt in trash can when I can home from work and the closet was locked. My bath salts were dumped out and the bottle placed behind my bedroom chair. Bathtub force ably cracked. Spray nozzle removed from Clorox bottle in bathroom. Shower metal curtain hook forcibly broken and removed and curtains off hook. Chair forcibly kicked in rails. More banging on our floor. Glass door deleted my account after giving Anthem bad review for Harassment. When I was sending out emails to lawyers a few days before I went to San Francisco’s I did it in the computer room at the Viridian and someone was stomping on the ceiling to get me to stop. But I would not stop. I went up there a few days later and there is a apt directly above that room. Parents card always being declined. 11/1/18 Neighbor’s banging on the floor again on purpose when I went upstarts to talk to them to tell them to stop 2 women were walking very fast from the Apt 281 and they were wearing nun cap things with light blue and white in the middle. They turned around said look we didn’t do anything we are wearing tennis shoes and they were caring one of those reusable grocery bags. I know this sounds crazy I wish I would have taken a picture with my iPhone. I have pictures of some of these things from my home.

I have added a new paragraph in the tech profile because scientists from Singapore published a discovery this month that may be relevant. I apologize for my ignorance, I am attempting to understand the science and physics of this illegal technology. I listed the paragraphs in the technology profile by the English alphabet, the new paragraph is listed as letter O.
I am writing this message so that if any vulnerable person contacts you in an attempt to explain something that sounds odd and you summarily dismiss them. I am begging you to take a moment and have a scientific curiosity about technologies that are dangerous to society, please read this in its entirety. You cannot help me but please help any person from your country that explains anything remotely like what is described in the technology profile below. I mistakenly told some countries that may use this profile as a model to build this system for awful purposes.
I have experienced that some may not be aware of technologies destroying human freedoms. I beg you to start collaborating with scientists and volunteers because governments, military companies, multinationals, police entities like New York City, or other powerful groups will not release evidence on technologies that destroy fundamental civil liberties. These groups develop these invasive technologies or weaponize existing ones that were not developed with the intention of destroying civil liberties and human rights.
The following is a technology profile of an illegal surveillance technology, please help anyone you can, the freedoms of the people are being attacked with this kind of technology.
The following regards an illegal technology used in the United States by government operatives and their supporters, a scientific approach to reading this is necessary:
I am writing to emphasize how an illegal technology tortures and torments people in the United States. While I have attempted to get help from the United States it appears that they are both continuing to work to cover up this illegal technology and all the other crimes involved while trying to convince me via the technology that they are earnestly helping. This technology impacts the human body and they continue their torture to this day. I want to emphasize the torture and the different ways they have tortured me.
Via the technology they have tortured me by simply talking. Imagine listening to a song or watching a television show and they start tormenting you via the technology, saying that “You’re a Dead Man Walking” or saying other things. They also have simply talked to me at night to keep me awake and have impacted my health. This sleep deprivation version of torture is different but has the same impact as when they have played the piercing sounds that are a combination of dial-up modem sounds and anti radio devices. In fact as I write this they torment via short sounds here an there some resembling a kind of electronic bass grazing against something. While driving they have communicated via the technology in what appears to be an attempt to distract me to get into an accident.
I am in a technological prison because no one will inform my mom about this technology so she can leave with me. The wilful avoidance of informing my mom is a violation of any law I can imagine in the United States. Please remember they are torturing me every day in one form or another.
I can’t go to the hospital. When I was in New York City, hospital staff were helping these bad operatives, and possibly other states where I received health services.
It is important to address the political implications of this operation against me and the illegal technology. It is obvious that a new goal is to also censor me and my attempt to inform the world because it may place me in a position of political influence. In so doing, their political assessment, that I am confident has been done at some level, is not only against every Constitutional duty that the government has to protect me but also an attempt to control the general public, via this technology, at the will of these bad actors and the government who pays them.
I demand that The Office of Science and Technology admit that they know this technology exists, admit that the government invented it and that they knew about the illegal operation against me. I also would like to know of any political assessment meetings or any related attempts at trying to convince me that there is no political bias by those that should be helping me.
The following is an attempt to scientifically describe an illegal surveillance technology and related cultural aspects.
I. A Slaughter on Freedoms of the Human Mind and Body
A. Because of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 laws and technologies have been created and engineered to protect from terrorist attacks. This writing has four parts numbered I-IV (1-4). As many have stated, there is a constant struggle with the freedom of people and a government’s responsibility to protect American citizens. The following are details on an advanced technology that is not only illegal but is an attack on the human body and the freedoms that any human expects to have if they are not a terrorist or a spy. The technology and application is advanced but its impact is obvious. Before describing the hardware and software aspects of this surveillance and psychological warfare system I would like to describe a flaw in medical and mental health professional practices and its coordination with law enforcement using advanced technology such as this. Part I is titled A Slaughter on Freedoms of the Human Body. Part I includes these paragraphs and serve as an introduction, part II is the technology profile, part III is titled Morality and Technology and part IV is titled Additional Thoughts.
B.The old saying that if you have a hammer you tend to think every problem is a nail is a good starting point. The term tunnel-vision is another way we describe someone who is so focused on one thing that they can not or miss other things. It hurts me to say, but I believe that medical and mental health professionals, in coordination with law enforcement using advanced technology in the United States, have collaborated and have been committing crimes against innocent civilians by using invasive technology.
C.The proof that I present is the following and observational: The fact that mental health professionals assume a psychological or biological reason when a patient describes hearing voices in their head has been exploited by the military, government and any one else that engineers such technology which has the technological ability to mimic what a mental health patient may experience. The military may have other weapons that mimic other mental or physical health ailments and or diseases, specially for clandestine operations to avoid detection and the source of harm. It is also important to know how any technology used by military or government can be hidden but can be included in food, drink, and clothing or anything else that can encroach on the human body and the free space that any civilian can reasonably expect to be a private human experience free from monitoring or recording.
D.Please ask any mental health professional or even a medical doctor and, even if they won’t offer an official diagnosis, will tell you that anyone in the world hearing voices in their head has a mental or psychological condition. This practice, when addressing a patient claiming to hear voices by mental and medical health profession makes me think of science and how science is practiced, communicated and secured so that people can protect themselves from harmful technology.
E.The fact that I have not seen any critics of surveillance technology or any mental health professionals address if the government is smart enough to have an illegal technology which mimics mental health or medical health conditions makes me think that the avoidance of this topic was either accidental or some medical and mental health professionals have been actively participating in this conspiracy. It is no longer scientifically responsible to avoid the fact that there are technologies that can mimic human experiences.
F.Trusting medical and mental health professions is crucial, especially in these times during a pandemic. As civilians of this world we need to ask that our medical and mental health professionals are ensuring the safety of the individual from illegal technology. If there is an advanced technology or an operation and the individual is innocent, law enforcement and anyone that can assist should help, at minimum because of the human rights obligation to a human. There must be a protocol so that mental and medical health professionals can protect and ensure that civilians are not illegally under investigation and that there is no technology that encroaches on the human body or human experience, including the expectation of privacy when communicating to anyone and that no technology can monitor or record the human experience without consent of all civilians involved in that human experience. Other professions may also need similar training to ensure that they too are helping to protect privacy and helping to disarm and destroy any part of the kind of technology system.
G.Veterans that have been used as research subjects or targets with the use of such technology and or any application of technology in this fashion need to be protected and helped along with their families. Additionally, any person that has been a target of operations using such technology or the application of any technology to be used in such a way should be informed and they and their families must be helped to disarm and destroy any present system or technology.
H.I assume that in science trust is important as is any form of human communication. For you to scientifically trust me I am presenting three points. The first point I already presented, the fact that personal security experts and health professionals have not asked the government about technology designed, engineered, or implemented to mimic mental health experiences in order to avoid detection. Additionally, civilians in general need to ask law enforcement and all life science and scientific professions about any technology that can be applied on the human body that can avoid detection because it can mimic a human process whether it is physiological or psychological, with the intent to harm the intended target. It is logical that the general population know why such advanced technology that can attack the human body in such clandestine ways is being used on citizens and how to protect ourselves from such technology.
I.My second point that is proof, as I understand it, has to do with the actual application of this advanced illegal technology. I was lucky enough that a few months ago researchers from different universities conducted a sleep study that describes one of the ways this illegal technology is experienced.The study’s subjects were asked question while asleep/dreaming.
J.The surveillance and psychological system is experienced in many ways. One way is that while either sleeping, dreaming, or a combination of both the technology allows for the target to be asked questions and be taught, or at minimum, introduced, to new information. As a way to find help and vent, I published in social media a list of experiences with the technology, in order to help anyone experiencing something similar. A week or so later the sleep study was published. I am not formally trained in science, or sleep studies, or anything of the sort. I hope this helps you in further listening to me. 5..While sleeping they have used this system to extract information. I noticed this was happening while I was dreaming and then would wake up. They communicate and I assume the human brain is vulnerable while asleep and while dreaming and I have told them things I wouldn’t have while awake. This is clearly a military tactic. They do this either in the middle of the night or about a half hour or so before waking.
The event and or experience number 5 on the list came to mind when I heard of the research. For example, I have recently experienced being introduced the name of a Muslim and or Arab person. I repeated the name a few moments before waking. I suspect this was an attempt to justify the investigation to other law enforcement authorities and or to trick me, so they have a recording of me say something in Arabic. I am neither Muslim or speaks Arabic.
K.My third point to scientifically prove the technology exists is the profile of the technology. I hope that the technology profile will serve as a guide to help replicate the surveillance system so that independent scientists, not connected with any government, tyrants, or fascists, can verify my claims and help in protecting civilians from such use of technology.
L.New York City Law Enforcement is well known for not revealing the kind of surveillance technology it has. New York City most likely has a version of this technology system. However, it seems that the government protocol is to keep the technology a secret even if the technology is used illegally. Other law enforcement entities such as NSA, FBI, CIA, New York City Terrorism Division, and other government entities and operatives likely use this technology. What is frustrating as that since the technology is illegal, no one wants to admit its existence. Not only is the technology in itself illegal but the use of this technology is illegal and so this makes operatives and any US entity using it too susceptible to corruption and conflict of interest to tell the general public the truth. I can imagine someone making the the argument that people will lose trust-there will be riots, if this technology is revealed. That means our job is to earn trust by showing all civilians how to disarm and destroy this kind of technology. As civilians we need to know when we are no longer a target so that any operation is ended or applied technology is completely destroyed from our person.
M.There is another reason this technology is dangerous and harmful to the fabric of trust. From business agreements, to sports, and love, this technology can be used to manipulate who is accepted and rejected via social interactions. Unfortunately, this may be another reason why there is a strong attempt to avoid public awareness of this kind of technology, its application and how to disarm it.
N. In recent months it seems that the operatives are showing me the different aspects of this technology to assist me in writing this profile, this profile would not have been complete without their assistance. I don’t know who these operatives are or if they’re the same operatives that were actively against me since the beginning of this operation. I don’t know if this is a hot potato situation, where the current operatives are trying to clean up this mess or trying to convince me of a lie, confuse me, or help as they have with the tech profile. This kind of confusion is a military tactic. Similar to their attempt of gauging my psychological vulnerability to conspiracy theories or other beliefs that may be typical of mental health patients. I don’t deserve to die because powerful people decide that this technology preserves any fabric of this society or to cover up any possible crimes by the potential culprits. This country must decide to either cover this up and murder me, my mother or anyone else, or, to crush tyrants and marauders that justify they’re abuse of power in the name of their vision of patriotism, or for money. I await this county’s response.

I believe that the US government, with the possible help of universities and others have been using this capability and this illegal technology is likely one of the applications to this scientific knowledge.
Excuse me if I do not understand the science or physics about all this, however, because of my situation, this reminds me of how a powerline adapter works. For anyone that may not be completely aware of power adapters I will attempt to briefly explain: A powerline adapter uses electricity to deliver Internet data from the router, which is connected to the adapter and that adapter connects directly to the electrical socket. The second powerline adapter directly connects to another electrical socket and you connect the device that needs Internet access to that second adapter. This advanced illegal surveillance system likely uses a similar method.
II.Technology Profile of a Surveillance and Psychological Warfare System
Below is a profile of the technology with descriptions of possible aspects of hardware and software and how the technology is experienced. The operatives, whether they’re the same ones that were assigned to kill me or operatives that took over, or operatives that are assigned to cover this up or help, I am unsure which, they have basically shown me or reminded me of what to include in this profile and so helped me complete it. The technology profile starts with some descriptive paragraphs followed by a list of experiences with the technology. There is some minor repetition since I was writing the profile as I went along. With help from scientists and technology experts and proving the system described is possible, I am confident this can be resolved in a more convincing fashion. As mentioned before this is an illegal operation and it does not matter what explanation or which government entity is involved, this is now an illegal operation. It became an illegal operation when they realized I was not a threat and decided to continue the operation, whether it was to cover up the existence of this technology or any of the other crimes involved in this situation. The cover up is also illegal and a dereliction of duty. Anyone justifying the continuation of this operation by aiding in its continuation is committing a crime. I am not a lawyer but am confident that this operation and anyone helping these bad actors is now a criminal and one of the main reasons this makes this situation difficult to unravel and dangerous for me and my family.
This is an advanced surveillance system that uses psychological warfare tactics. This is to help anyone who has been targeted with this system. I suspect that the US Government has weaponized the use of sub vocalization in a similar way that The Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Alter Ego uses sub vocalization but transformed it to monitor sub vocalization and to torment the target. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) started promoting the Alter Ego device in 2018 or 2019. The MIT device appears to hang by the ear while also touching parts of the neck and jaw. According to an internet description of MIT’s Alter Ego:
Alter Ego reads information from the peripheral somatic system through internal speech movements, rather than directly from the brain. It detects the signals users send to their mouth and vocal cords when deliberately, but silently, voicing words.
I am not claiming that the engineers of MIT’s Alter Ego have helped the US government or military weaponize this technological ability. I am describing how the functionality and implementation of this weaponized form of the technological ability to use sub vocalization may work. The military-grade, weaponized device can likely be implanted during medical procedures or it may also be implanted while someone is asleep.
The surveillance technology hardware may be similar to, but not exactly like, miniature spy earpieces which are sold to the public from companies like Monorean and Brickhouse Security. These devices are placed in your ear with a flat magnetic stick. When Monorean was contacted they stated that the user with the device in their ear cannot talk with the person on the other side of the communication by only having the earpiece placed in the ear. The user can only communicate with the spy earpiece in the ear, meaning the use can only talk by wearing the accompanying accessories which includes a microphone that can be hidden under a long sleeve shirt.
They placed surveillance technology in my apartment and it seems the sounds are amplified when I am grounded. I believe they have placed magnets and connected it with wiring below the wooden floor, possibly along the electrical system. I have heard drilling late in the night from the downstairs apartment or an apartment next to the downstairs apartment. I held my head back once and felt as if the metal in my teeth was electrified or magnetized. They may have also magnetized some of the plumbing, ventilation system, and components of the air conditioning.
The advice I have is write in detail and record everything you experience. If you are in the United States make a complaint to the Offices of the Inspector General of both The Department of Justice(DOJ) and The Department of Homeland Security (DHS). I have already made my complaints to the DOJ and DHS but fear this involves deep corruption within the US government and law enforcement.
I’m looking for a forensic professional with knowledge of surveillance technology, physiology(especially the human head), physics, electronics and devices that can manipulate radio waves and other kinds of frequencies and vibrations man-made or naturally occurring. I worked for a military contractor and suspect they started an operation thinking I was a threat. They placed this device inside me, either the left ear or somewhere on the left side of my head. The device is part of a surveillance system but I imagine it can be used by itself. The device appears to function like a receiver, speaker and a microphone. If the device does not function like a speaker it might make use of parts of my ear or head as the speaker.
This surveillance system may be a part of military training for places such as the School of The Americas. NGOs dependent on government funding may be coerced into implanting this technology to unsuspecting victims while providing medical services. This surveillance technology might have been tested on, or currently being tested on, vulnerable communities such as homeless people, the mentally ill, and military personnel including veterans. Some medical and behavioral health professionals may be aware of this technology but assist in keeping this technology a secret
They taunt me with all types of threats and to further annoy me they have been able to deprive me of sleep by also transmitting annoying sounds resembling many sounds, among them dial-up modem sounds such as high-pitch sounds like beeps and other intermittent electronic sounds. The sounds sometimes also resemble the sounds that the Star Wars light sabers make when they’re waved around in the air. Another sleep-depriving sound appears to be a recording of a person screaming “Aaahhhh” in an annoying tone. I suspect once they re-tuned the device according to my own voice by enticing me to say something. The sounds also resembles those Ether devices that pick up electromagnetic/anti-radio type of sounds.
The following is an example of how it functions like a receiver: There was an operative tracking me in the grocery store. I walked toward him and within 15 feet I sub-vocalized my name and asked who he was. This was heard on the grocery store speakers-this function reminds me of a stereo receiver. When leaving the store someone yelled, “Get him out of here.” I also figured out that while taunting me they can be heard alongside the music I’m listening to. These taunts are in a complimenting tone-sounding as if they’re part of the song. I have heard this while listening to music on the tablet or my pc speakers. I annoyed them when I figured out that playing the Cantina Song from Star Wars exposes their taunts, as does deep sleep music. It seems some of these songs’ frequencies accentuate their threats alongside the song. Sometimes when I respond I can hear myself in the songs as well. An aspect to keep in mind is that since the device is in my ear the sound may be going through the device and into my biological hearing and my auditory perception can be misleading. (June 28 update. I noticed that there are some sound pieces on the internet for people with Tinnitus that is similar to the deep sleep sounds I found in an attempt to deflect the sounds being sent via this technology)
A few days ago I heard a sound difference when I purposely opened and closed my jaw tightly in an exaggerated way on my left side, the sound was something like a wave. I have felt vibrations on the left side of my head so it is likely on the left ear or side. Many times, when I have my head close to the floor the dial-up modem sounds and the light saber sounds mentioned above suddenly begin, this has also happened when I wake up in the middle of the night, as if there was a sensor able to distinguish when I woke up, there are overnight sextons ready to taunt me or wake me up during the night with the annoying sounds.
One day I got in the car and the sounds were amplified, so much so that when I looked at a dog being walked the dog looked straight at me and wanted to come to me, the windows were closed. They also use t.v. speakers and the electronic pest device (they showed me this on purpose by making the pest device beep so some of them may be trying to help). There was this electric thump on the wall where one of the pest devices is connected, it was behaving unlike the pest device should, the wall just seemed to be thumping. As I have stated, I realize since this device is on me I have the perception that maybe others can hear it when it might be that they manipulate the frequencies in such a fashion that only I can hear them, or somehow send a frequency through speakers that only the device can pick up. This makes me think of the bandwidth and or frequencies set aside for military use.
The surveillance device allows for regular conversations and so, at minimum, a two-way communication ability. I hear several of them, however never at the same time(I have since heard them simultaneously), so there may be an ability to connect multiple communication points in either a daisy-chain fashion, a one-to-many connection, or other kinds of connection pathways. They have said that they want money if the government gives me anything as a settlement and have threatened loved ones if I don’t give them money.
Below are some descriptions of how this surveillance and psychological warfare technology is implemented and experienced, there is some repetition from the details described above:
1..This psychological warfare tactic system uses electrical systems, ventilation systems, air conditioning units, television speakers, computer speakers, fans. I cannot remember if it was that I realized, or, that they volunteered the fact that they can deliver communication signals with drones. Since this illegal technology can touch so much of our regular lives it is important to have background checks and technology audits for professions such as healthcare professionals including medical, mental, dental,Ear Nose and Throat doctors, construction workers, electricians, plumbers, heating and air conditioning technicians, cable television technicians including other cable technicians, plumbing and sewer professionals and technicians etc, just to name the obvious ones.
2..This device has a microphone filter feature that can make whoever is speaking sound different than their actual voice. Once I complained why someone was screaming so much and as if wanting to show me they were suddenly quiet and I, sub vocalizing (talking in my head), said something and heard myself sounding as if I was screaming, even though I wasn’t, I was sub vocalizing. This function reminds me of voice modifiers used by sound engineers and other sound recording professionals.
3..Using the recording software Garage Band on an iPad tablet I discovered that this surveillance system’s signals can sometimes be recorded. Just as with the examples mentioned with the speakers I heard them in the Garage Band recording.
4..At times I hear a sound having the rhythm of sonar while also sounding electronic.
5..While sleeping they have used this system to extract information. I noticed this was happening while I was dreaming and then would wake up. They communicate and I assume the human brain is vulnerable while asleep and while dreaming and I have told them things I wouldn’t have while awake. This is clearly a military tactic. They do this either in the middle of the night or about a half hour or so before waking.
6..I heard them saying, “all this research for nothing” as if this technology was used in this operation as a way of finding various uses and methods.
7..They have taunted while I was trying to learn study and new subjects so it was hard to concentrate.
8..While reading they’ll try to disrupt me by repeating what I am reading by either a half, whole, or a few words delayed. When reading or writing I say the words in my mind, this helps them.
9..From watching television I learned that magnets can be used to create almost any objects into speakers. It seems they connected to the plumbing including the shower head to taunt me while showering, this was likely done with magnets
10..I told my relative that the plate they cooked was delicious, I then said the word delicious in my head. After saying it in my head, the word “delicious” was heard coming from the fan but electronic sounding. It seemed to be stuck in a loop, the word was repeated, in rhythm with the fan. While studying, in rhythm with the fan, they have said, “You’re Dead,” and “You’re Dumb.” it connects to electronics and behaves in in this way.
11..The floor may be magnetized too, along with the space beneath the bathroom. I have heard the vents sound as if suddenly demagnetized. It may be that if they use drones to transmit the signal, to avoid detection they may have to navigate the drone quickly away and so it demagnetizes suddenly. It can also be that if they’re controlling the magnetization from a vehicle that they get out of range or for another reason suddenly need to
de-magnetize.
12..They use t.v. speakers and maybe the cable box if the cable box has any hardware to make sound, but since the cable box is near the tv speakers it’s more likely that what I heard was the t.v. speakers. I was in a homeless shelter watching television. Suddenly from the speakers of the television someone said, “do not go out.” I don’t know how they did this.
13..They taunt via the pc speakers while listening to music
14..The Star Wars Cantina Song started annoying them because their taunts are very noticeable with this song and other songs as described in more detail above. It can also be that those songs annoying them may loop back to them in a irritating sound.
15..They may have a device that manipulates frequencies and when the signal is transmitting it can be picked up in pc speakers as it does when hearing music with headphones while using the iPad as described in more detail above.
16..I’m almost certain they have access to cameras or placed cameras in my place because one time my left foot was touching the floor and they sent some signal through the floor and asked how my left foot felt. It felt like an electrical version of when one of your limbs falls asleep. It is highly likely they placed an electrically magnetized wiring system below this second floor apartment, they did something like this before but I forgot the details of that other time.
17..Since the device is inside me all noises I hear may be manipulated and my hearing perspective can be misleading me as described earlier. For example, my relative was snoring loudly one night and it felt like they were communicating through the snores. However, since the snoring enters my ear and goes through the device or system this could alter my auditory perception, and so appearing, to me, to be communicating through the snoring.
18..I was laying on another couch and they were taunting me, I happened to let my toe touch the floor and the cadence of their taunts matched the electric vibrations I felt on my toe.
19..Once they seemed to be able to loudly rattle the vents or ac, I opened the front door and they stopped doing it.
20..One of them said that they use the implanted device to track me with drones as part of the system
21..Sometimes when talking to myself I hear words vibrate on whatever object is being magnetized.
22..One way they taunt me when I’m outside is by either using a device that mimics that bird which makes hoo sounds in threes, “hoo” “hoo” “hoo,” or, the device manipulates the sound waves of the actual animal making the “hoo”s. The taunts in this instant and the cricket chirping example below align with each sound. For example, with the bird sound they would say something like, “you.” “are.” “dead.”
23..Additionally, they either have a device that mimics a cricket’s chirping sound or the device may manipulate the sound waves as the actual animal chirps.
24..I heard someone asking “Is he online?” and someone else responded “Yea he’s online.” This slang seems to mean that this surveillance system is on me.
25..At my place, while taunting me, I sometimes hear a sound that’s like a ding, much like the ding you hear when the elevator makes a stop on a floor, the ding is heard once, slightly before whatever they start saying..
26..They may have access to the camera of my security service
27..The other day the electricity went out in an unusual way it was maybe them testing the security system
28..I heard someone say that there’s something on the roof that the drones use to help them control the system. I don’t know why they would volunteer this information.
29..I was in the train, talking in my head, I was demanding who is behind this operation and this technology. Someone in the train told me to shut up, she was one of the operatives.
30..They have played the alarm song after I turn it off in the morning.
31..Two or Three women mocked me by singing Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer with me or they continued the song once stopped singing. They sang America (My Country Tis Of Thee) after I played it on the tablet. I remember crying when they did that.
32..They told me that they have told religious people implemented with this technology that they are the god they believe in to make it easier for them to convince the target to follow their instructions. This is important because this can be used to convince people to do something they would not otherwise do if they’re vulnerable to believing in a god. This in combination with number 5 on this list can be combined to sabotage many kinds of human interactions and relationships requiring trust.
33..They have taunted me via public street speakers. In New York City they told me that an under cover cop will shoot me in the head.
34..I have noise protection ear muffs from when I worked at the military contractor manufacturing plant. I discovered that one way to temporarily deflect their taunts and sleep deprivation tactics is by putting on the ear muffs. However, within seconds, the frequency seems to adjust and the annoying sounds and or their taunts gradually return. The same thing happens after taking the ear muffs off.
35..A similar intricacy as described above with the earmuffs also occurs when listening to music with headphones. For example, I discovered that listening to music with headphones while connected to the iPad mitigates the annoying sounds the y produce and that don’t let me sleep. When listening to music this way I hear their taunts sounding as if the words are part of the song, I get sick of it and take off the headphones playing the music. When they notice I took off the headphones they start playing the dial-up modem type sounds. This could be that since they can hear what I can hear they’re adjusting. It can also be that the signal is disrupted from me taking off the headphones. Sometimes when I hear them taunting me while listening to music with the headphones on, I take the headphones off and hear the taunts continue but coming from my ear and sounding electronic. There is also a delay some of the times as with the noise protection ear muffs. However, they have now adjusted this tactic by simultaneously harassing me when I have the headphones on and still transmit the dial-up modem type sounds so that even if I take off the headphones, they regularly already have the annoying sounds playing. As stated before, I suspect that the ability to connect to electronics, the magnetization wiring and possibly speakers are the reason the sounds are amplified in my roommate’s place.
36..When they play the high pitch noises to deprive me of sleep I sometimes use my fingers to cover my ears, and especially when covering my right ear with my finger, I hear what reminds me of a feedback loop.
37..In public people have heard them threaten me through either public speakers including speakers in buses. People have repeated their threats, I have heard them convince people to repeat their taunts. These people in the public have repeated the taunts probably because they were scared for themselves, or thought that they were helping law enforcement and in so doing being convinced that I am a threat. I was at the open air Greyhound bus stop in Washington DC, the one in the second floor parking lot space. It was so loud, vents or something metal was vibrating along with their taunts. People were looking at me.
38. At one time it sounded as if they turned off or reset the device. The sound was several beeps in different tones.
39. Another example of what I suspect is electric magnetization being used is that several times while asleep in bed I felt what was an electric whip under the mattress sheet. They woke me up like that. The only thing I can imagine is that it is electric. It was as if a ray of electricity or a whip seemed to be snapped from under the sheet.
40.I suspect that if they’re using drones they may lower it at night and or that the drone position may impact the electrical power somehow.
41. Recently they have reduced all this taunting at night but still continue it even if it is less frequent or as intense as before. This reduction has happened after my attempts of contacting the correct authorities.
42. A woman once said, “I don’t want you to relax” and seemed to be increasing the intensity of the sounds while I was trying to sleep.
43. I told them they’re sleep deprivation torture is impacting my health because I have been feeling pain in my heart and chest area. The heart area and chest pain is likely because they have practiced the sleep deprivation torture tactics for such a long time. I blame them if I have any failing heart condition
44..At times when I have turned my head all the way to right and then to the left I have heard and felt a white noise or a physical buzzing on the left side.
45..Possible effect on an Atomic Clock from the surveillance system: The technology system may have effected an atomic clock my roommate has. She said when I came back from New York that the clock stopped working. According to Wikipedia, “An atomic clock is a clock device that uses a hyperfine transition frequency in the microwave, or electron transition frequency in the optical or ultraviolet region of the electromagnetic spectrum of atoms as a frequency standard for its timekeeping element.”
46..To gauge my personality they start a sentence and I am often compelled to complete the sentence. It seems that they realized that I tend to finish the sentence when prompted in this way and I have realized that this allows them to know my opinions on various aspects. One thing I hear them say is, “I don’t trust his motives.” It seems that people like myself that are susceptible to being expressive are vulnerable to this tactic that reveals one’s personal thoughts on many topics and scenarios. This is grossly illegal. It feels as if I’m being judged and waiting for pending approval of being helped by the government. This tactic can also be used to provide lawyers with more information in anticipation of a lawsuit or official, legal questioning by the government.
47.Lately they started playing a fast pulsating sound. It reminds me of those electronic music machines that use an electric pulse, but these operatives play it at a fast cadence so it resembles a fast pulse, one right after the other.
48. My relative has sensitive ears so even though the technology may not be applied on her (as stated before, it’s likely applied during medical visits such as when they put you asleep to take out wisdom teeth or any medical procedure when they put you to sleep. I don’t know if they have applied it on my relative. She has told me that her ears hurt lately. Likely because of the high pitched frequencies they have used. The technology uses sound waves and frequencies that can be damaging to my relative, not to mention to me since the technology is on me. My roommate had nerve damage and they did not know what caused it. I suspect that just like this technology there may be medical weapons that hide illegal military grade weapons such as nerve agents and I want to know if my roommate was exposed. These weapons may hide or mimic regular human biological processes in a similar way that poison confuses the human body by appearing to be safe.
49..One evening this week they were taunting me and I noticed that the bathtub hole where the water empties, was where the sound was coming the strongest. So it is either that there is magnetization of the plumbing or some other way. I have noticed in the past that when the landscaping workers are outside working I hear the sounds of their machine through the bathtub hole.
50. During April 2021 I was at home, as mentioned before since the magnets and wire system is amplified in my apartment I hear and feel everything better. The metal in my mouth is likely how they do it. My jaw was loose and it felt electrified and was moving up and down on its own with no force from me.
51. instead of the high pitched sound they have figured a way to wake me up by what feels like a burst of electricity and them saying something in a tone that attracts my ears, simply saying”wake up” or using a tone that attracts the listener, what attracts someone’s ears to listen may differ from person to person. They also keep me awake by continuing to harass me via the technology by simply talking and keeping me awake. They still use some kind of annoying tone in the day as well but not as much as in the night or morning to disrupt my sleep.
52. In May 2021 I was walking one night and as they were communicating via the technology it suddenly sounded like it turned off, resembling when a vinyl record player suddenly stops mid way while a song is playing. This sound of turning off was by a sewer opening in the street, so as stated before any devices or sensors may be in the sewer system and not just the plumbing system.
53. When they were playing the high pitched sounds loudly to cause sleep deprivation and I didn’t know that sleep deprivation was a form of torture I made video recordings on my phone. The video recordings picked up what sounded like a fax electronic type of sound.
54. One of the operatives communicating via the technology claimed that it was a special device that somehow works together with the metal in the teeth. I don’t know if this is true or an attempt to sabotage my attempt to reach the scientific truth of this system.
55. They always talk to me via the technology while driving so they have purposefully placed me in danger while driving, another clandestine tactic.
56. On June 18th, 2021 while working they made the device vibrate. I felt it on the left side of my head, a strong shaking, it then suddenly stopped. As with many thing in this tech profile it’s as if they want to show me, a kind of atonement for doing this to me.
57. I felt what must be like an electric charge from the floor. From my limited scientific knowledge I am guessing it increases the magnetism. There may be magnetic nodes of some kind.
58. Frustrated from the sounds that are either anti radio and or dial up modem up sounds as part of their sleep deprivation torture I discovered that Brown noise deflects those sounds and am now able to sleep better, however I can still faintly hear them speak as with the deep sleep sounds mentioned in this tech profile.
59. Recently, while they were playing the sounds that usually resemble anti radio and or dial up modem I was barefoot, the sound felt particularly strong and as when it does I feel it on my left ear. I felt my finger tingling almost as when you sit on your hand for a minute but I felt that in my finger. I do not understand if it’s because of the electrical charge from the equipment they have somewhere beneath the floor. I never felt that before. We have wooden floors.
III. Morality and Technology:
Below are some of my experiences, that make me think about morality and technology.
When I was a teenager a friend asked me if I knew that satellites could look over your shoulder to see what you were reading, that is the earliest time that I can remember being introduced to technology and how we may use it in our world.
There was a rumor in Chicago that the Navy would conduct experiments in the depths of Lake Michigan. I mention this because growing up we rented basements and once, all of a sudden, there was a strong, piercing sound, much like the portion of the compilation of dial-up modem sounds resembling an electronic, high-pitch, chirpy screech – sometimes accompanied by what sounds like a force stopped that same chirpy screech and flattened it.
In the summer of 2001, I tried encouraging my unmotivated friend by sincerely using the phrase ‘Insert cliche here.’ A few days later I heard the same joke on a television show. This all makes me think of those surveillance airplanes flown by the government within the United States, the ones mentioned in the tv show the X Files, I’m sorry to mention this I cannot think of another example, I don’t even know if surveillance planes like that have been used in cities to listen in on conversations, as the fictional t.v. show dramatizes.
When I was a teenager, I stole an expensive bicycle. It was royal blue. I have always loved radio, and even listen to each station for a few seconds just to hear what each station plays. A few days after I stole that bike, while listening to the radio, someone said on the radio, “Where’s that blue bike?” I freaked out and left the bike in some alley a few blocks away.
As an adult this experience with the radio repeated in Florida, before I went to New York. Before I became aware of this illegal operation with this technology, I had a habit of getting alcohol after work and driving recklessly on my way home. On one of those nights at home, while listening to music on the radio someone mentioned my car and that they knew I bought alcohol and that I was driving recklessly.
I once posted in Facebook that if a cop ever arrests me for some minor crime and changes my life that I will change that cops life. After posting this, I was out in public and I distinctly heard someone say, “Don’t do anything illegal if you don’t want to get arrested.”
I have smoked so much marijuana that it is possible that through out my life law enforcement either thought I was a drug dealer and the people I bought marijuana from thought I was a snitch. I suspect that law enforcement did not arrest me because they thought I may lead them to some powerful drug dealer or, more likely, they noticed that the marijuana is sold close to bigger potential crimes, and so they didn’t arrest me and used me as a source of indirect information via my buying of marijuana.
Finally, for some time, some of the operatives communicating with this technology have guided me and told me things to include in my account of my experience with this technology and operation. I assume that some of the operatives are helping because the information has helped me. For example, via the technology they have pressed that I include all the details I can think of and they have helped me in thinking about my situation in different ways. I must be cautious as the operatives trying to cover this up and harm me are using the same communication path. Essentially I am unsure who is actually helping and if they are helping because they are sincere or they are doing something else. They continually say I don’t give them enough credit for their help in me writing the account and the tech profile.
I mention these experiences because it seems that law enforcement and others have access to these types of technology and are illegally using it for their purposes. It seems that some technology has been used, as the radio examples above, by law enforcement as a deterrent. A simple radio technological ability not talked about. Even the operatives that are now giving me advice are using technology for their purpose to help me, or trick me, who knows. So there is a willing section of law enforcement and others that want this technology to be a secret and with the ability to use it at their discretion. There is no oversight because the technology is illegal and any operation using such technology or the application of any technology in such a way is illegal. And yet, there are operatives supposedly helping me.
This use of tools to help civilians like me while also being an adversary to the bad actors is similar to the television show The Boys and what they have told me about conspiracies. The Boys is about superheroes in a modern world and the company that manages the superheroes along with implications of the fame, power, and safety associated with national heroes, for example heroes that are American, Russian, Chinese etc. In relation to the Boys, via the technology, they communicated some conspiracies hidden in plain view in the t.v. show, one conspiracy is in the last scene of The Boys. At the end the villain in the last scene resembles a US lawmaker currently in congress.
Thinking of my radio experiences described above and the operatives explanation of conspiracy theories hidden(not hidden) in pop culture makes me consider that some powerful people communicate through media to other powerful people (and to us civilians) out of tradition and as a deterrent, a kind of public secret scolding. That the powerful wink at each other, and at us if they think we deserve an explanation, is a cultural practice. This use of technology is a dishonest way to live together, but I understand this use of communication, it’s complicated, it is as if we need to scream the injustice but are afraid to actually do any substantial work for justice.
I used to love New York. It seems that after September 11 big cities like New York and Chicago have given both federal and local operatives, law enforcement, and military contractors what can be considered Judge Dredd privileges. Judge Dredd is a fictional comic book character. Wikipedia describes Judge Dredd as, ‘a “street judge”, empowered to summarily arrest, convict, sentence, and execute criminals.’ Whether it is for tourist dollars or safety this makes me think of a short comic strip: A homeless man is pan handling, the cops beat him to death. People protest, placing flowers where he sat, a mural of him sitting is painted on the wall he sat against, the city comes and erases the graffiti.
The reality is that New York City, other powerful cities and military contractors have too much influence and since September 11 have been given sweeping authority through out the world to do what they want and to create any technology they can. These cities’ tourist dollars or anything else do not justify crimes against humanity. This abuse of power reminds me of a scene from the latest season of The Boys, the series I mentioned earlier about the engineered superheroes. It is one of the last scenes of the last episode. To set this scene up you need to know that Homelander has already been humiliated and threatened after another superhero found a video of Homelander destroying an airplane. In Homelander’s last scene we watch him standing on top of a New York City skyscraper, masturbating, while repeatedly saying, “I can do whatever I want.”
IV. Questions for The United States via a third party consisting of the United Nations and an independent team consisting of scientists from all over the world.
With quantum computing, what measures are being taken so that no country, company or other group may develop quantum technologies that mimic the human experience in order to avoid detection to commit crimes against humanity on civilians or any other vulnerable people? The human experience being all human experiences that naturally occur without the influence of technology, for example, getting a headache or the sun rising.
How do civilians detect, disable, and destroy this technology if it is being applied on them?
Is there currently or has there ever been any research and development of a technology or system that mimics any health conditions to avoid detection. These health conditions to mimic can be both physical and psychological, such as exploiting the cultural practice of mental health professionals to quickly and without question diagnose a mental health patient as being bipolar or schizophrenic, with the goal of detaining that person against their will?
Which US law enforcement entities, contractors, and operations have used this technology and who engineered this technology?
Which universities, research groups, or other consultants have assisted in weaponizing sub vocalization?
What is the authority of military contractors, operatives or any other entities when starting an investigation on a civilian in the United States and its territories, including the authority of use of such technologies or applying any technology as described previously? Who has the authority outside of the United States?
What is the history of this type of technology or applying any technology to function in this way?
Who is using this technology now or applying any other technology to achieve this illegal functionality of monitoring silent speech?
Please consider the historical fact that US intelligence and law enforcement entities and the military have a history of hiding valuable tools and resources in plain sight. For example unmarked police vehicles, hiding explosives in the carcasses of animals, cameras in pens and or eyeglasses, etc are good examples. This technology and its implementation is so advanced that it mimics experiences that can be perceived by a mental health patient. Please listen. Everyone in the mental health profession will listen to a mental health patient and if that mental health patient says that they hear voices everyone summarily categorizes them as a mental health patient. The U.S. intelligence and law enforcement entities have created an illegal surveillance and torture system by exploiting this professional protocol of mental health professionals when a patient states that they hear voices. This categorization by mental health experts then allows US operatives to enter that facility to terminate the target and or extract the technology. Also, please consider that categorizing someone a mental health patient because they describe the experience of hearing voices does not allow for a surveillance technology expert to conduct a proper biopsy and analysis of what is being described as scientifically possible. In fact, it may also be that having access to such scientific and technological expertise is expensive and again here US intelligence agencies and operatives know that most of these technology experts are not only costly to hire, making any investigator hesitant to seek help from a tech expert, but that these individuals likely come from military and or government in some way so that the risk of manipulation by US entities and operatives of an unbiased scientific assessment, by playing into the “patriotism” of the science expert(s), is high. Another risk is that the technology expert’s own political bias toward a sense of patriotism can make these technological assessments at risk for manipulation to support a cover up by the US government.
