Organized Stalking with Robin Webster, Blacklisted Scientist and TI

Robin Webster, blacklisted scientist and Targeted Individual from the US, sheds light on the stalking situation in the United States in his “A Concise Introduction to Evidence for the Existence of an Invisible Third Degree”, published on Scribd. Interesting is of course, how many people that are impacted by Organized Stalking.

We believe that Stalking is organized, when more then 2 people participate in the stalking, and when the stalking seems to be planned and coupled with some kind of surveillance.

“Based on the information provided through the DOJ FOIA request, an estimated 185,050 Americans in 2006 believed that they were being stalked by 3 or more perpetrators acting as a team. The actual number of victims could be much higher because one of the exclusion criteria for this survey was that the victim had to fear for their lives to be counted.”

In the stalking situation, the fear for one’s life is not always present. Stalking is only a way for the perpetrators to let the victim know that he/she is stalked and under surveillance, an “enemy of the state”.

“There was also a statistically significant (p < 0.01) peak in the number of victims reporting that they were being stalked by 12 to 14 people. This number of individuals, after subtracting the baseline noise, suggests there were an estimated 16,000 Americans who were being victimized by teams of 12 to 14 people in 2006.”

Robin Webster has been a TI for a few years now. Every TI goes through a process. From the insight that something is wrong, to the awareness that he or she is really being both under surveillance and stalked by, sometimes, a large number of people. The tactics that create the Targeted Individual and construct his or her reality (and the reality of people that contribute to the exclusion of the TI from the community) starts many years before it becomes intensive torture  and a constant reality in the Targeted Individual’s life. One of the additional factors that is used to harass the Targeted Individual is sleep deprivation.

“The use of sleep deprivation when targeting victims appears to be ubiquitous, given that the most common complaint by victims is sleep deprivation (Derrick Robinson, President of FCHS, personal communication, November, 2009).”

In a manuscript that took 1,5 years to write and put together, Robin Webster is  providing evidence that he was systematically being subjected to covert sleep deprivation tactics. Entitled “Evidence for the Existence of an Invisible Third Degree” and published on Scribd, the document proves, in a logical manner, that Robin Webster doesn’t suffer from a sleep disorder, but that the tactics to systematically deprive him from his night sleep were part of the reality that many Targeted Individuals share.

Stalking is, also, a form of psychological torture that is by International Standards recognized as such.  That normal people without a link to the police or secret service itself participate in torture, is a part of a slander campaign, but that, still, is intriguing every TI. Why do people become evil? How come that they participate in the torture of another individual, even if it is illegal and it does the TI so much harm? Encoded in the stalking, even if the stalker himself isn’t aware of that, is what is called “dark NLP”, a process by which words, colors, images and other markers are emotionally anchored, to create an illusion of guilt or simply to trigger the desired emotions (desired by the perpetrators).

“At first blush, most people would assume that Americans would be resistant to engaging in illegal activity of this kind, but social psychology research over the past 100 years, as described in Philip Zimbardo’s 2007 book entitled “The Lucifer Effect,” suggests otherwise. This extensive body of research suggests that as little as 6% of the population would refuse to participate, but a full 91% would willingly engage in such illegal activity. All that would be needed is a propaganda campaign designating who the „enemy‟ is and someone in a position of authority to tell them what to do. According to this research, the American populace is a rich source of individuals capable of shoving others into cattle cars, guarding the gates to concentration camps, and pulling the levers on poison gas chambers to commit mass murder.”

Zimbardo’s book is of course, a reminder for us all, to choose our leaders wisely, because, we as individuals living in a society based on norms, that create internal requirements to obey authorities, can obey the wrong man’s or woman’s commands and commit huge crimes against humanity.

We thank Robin Webster for his commitment to our cause. There are few scientists that have the energy and will to contribute with logical and evidence based statements and theories making our situation easier to comprehend and add to the credibility of our experiences.

In another article we will talk about the non-lethal weapons and different views on that matter and maybe come to a conclusion on what is the energy that affects our nervous system and brain.
