The Assumption
Targeted Individuals have symptoms that are listed under TI “symptoms”. Symptomatic TIs have found ICT-implants or emit radio frequencies from certain parts of the body. All TIs, even though they have not met before have similar stories, regardless of where they live and who they are, their gender, ethnicity, educational level and other socio-economical factors. We must conclude that we deal with a new kind of technology that exists and is at work, but that is not spoken about. The use of this technology raises many ethical questions that can no longer be ignored.
Our Focus
Because of the evidence, we need to address questions regarding New Emerging Technologies and to find solutions to protect the targeted individuals and the public from the non-consensual sides of these technologies. With new emerging technologies we mean technologies like man-machine-interfaces, advances in nano-technology and it’s threats and all kinds of weapon systems that aim to change or control people through attacks on their minds, personality, behavior and bodies.
Who we are
United Targeted Individuals Europe is a group of civilians that are harassed, tortured and gang stalked 24/7 year after year. Our lives have been taken away from us. Some of us are still young but we live isolated or/and in terrible psychological and physical pain, without any chance to choose our life style or having equal opportunity like everybody else. We believe that we are victims of experimentation without consent because the perpetrators spend unlimited resources on tracking us down and keep us under surveillance day after day, night after night. Even if the cover ups is either crime prevention or some kind of disease, we are neither criminal or suffer from a natural disease. The natural conclusion is that the perpetrators have something to gain by doing this to us. We are victims of experimentation done on humans without consent.
Two areas of research are Artificial Intelligence and Non-Lethal Weapons.
International organization for victims of domestic terrorism
ICAACT.org is an organization that is trying to unite TIs all over the world, and give TIs another label: victims of domestic terrorism. ICAACT was founded by Lars Drudgaard, Peter Rosenholm and Jesse Beltran. Their mission is to gather evidence that this is happening to us. Right now (2012), these three brave individuals are scanning TIs for radio frequencies and many self-proclaimed victims do emit radio frequencies from the spinal cord, heart, certain brain areas and other parts of the body. The reason is that implants have small antennas that communicate with computers and satellites with the help of radio waves. The implants can be injected into the bloodstream and sent to different destinations in the body, but they can also be injected into the spinal cord and the nervous system is then affected. Tracking chips like the Verichip has also been discovered. Some TIs have developed cancer around the implants.
We collaborate with ICAACT and have contact with it’s leaders at least twice a week.
Extreme dehumanization
It is important to know that the new emerging technologies are not just about control of a human being, (as in social control) and it has nothing to do with any kind of behavior change for the sake of adjusting individuals to a certain norm (as the norms of society – behavioral correction) but it is a way to take away the humanity from the human. This is an extreme form of dehumanization by turning a human being into a cyborg that can be controlled with a few computer commands. It is also a power-relationship creating a master-slave scenario. It is a complete negation of freedom and of the basic human rights that we all believe that we have.
The biggest danger
The danger with this technology lies in the fact that everyone can be easily implanted through vaccination without ever knowing. Some people emit radio-waves but do not show any other types of symptoms. It can be used for torture but also for spying and mind control of the masses. It is also important to know that this is done through computer systems that each day become more powerful and able to maybe gain control over whole populations.
Bioethics
Bioethics, is indeed discussed but what is avoided in these discussions is the fact that the technology is here and it has been here since the 1930s. It is advanced that can control and manipulate brain functions, it can upload and download the mind, it can create a copy of the individual in a super computer. Neuro scientists do not yet understand consciousness and that’s probably the only reason that we are making these pages and can still spread the message. In 20 years or so, scientists predict that the human mind will be fully decoded, and that we will enter an age where computers will be more intelligent then humans… Right now we can still because of the complexity of our minds override the computer.
Many of us won’t be here any longer… But our children will… In the wrong hand this technology can create a true Matrix world, a totalitarian society for the mind. And because we are tortured with such an ease, and our rights are taken away without much hesitation, it can give you an idea of how these individuals think and what value they give people: none.
What are the attainable goals with this organization and attempt to Unite TIs in Europe?
- Get to know each other, support each other and share stories and knowledge.
- Understand the tech, the reasons and it’s implications for the individual and the society.
- Gather evidence that helps us to prove that these types of extreme human rights abuses do occur today.
- Spread the word about the horrors of this technology.
- Help demystify the TI-experience.
- Organize campaigns.
- Address questions about new and emerging technologies forced upon unwitting citizens, non-lethal weapons, human experimentation and secret implantation.
- Discuss and inform about the ethics of scientific research – past and present. Discuss the ethics of today and what is happening today, and not whether future robots should or shouldn’t have rights.
- Find people that have the knowledge and expertise that want to help us prove that the technology is here and already affecting people all over the world.
- Encourage Whistle blowers to send in documents that prove what is done to us to newspapers and eventually to wikileaks.
Human rights are not negotiable.

1970 i was five years old and entering kindergarden in the new york school system. in kinder garden i was picked out to be part of a new program in the nyc schools. it was called the i.g.c. program. it stood for intellectually gifted children. there were a total of 50 of us in the program. we were children with iqs off the charts. we were considerd the most intelligent kids in the entire state of new york. we were giving advanced studys that included, politics, releigon, science, math, english etc. we where even taught to speak french! i was actually one of the top student in the program. by the time i turned 7 year old i was fluent in french. i was reading books about the bay of pigs invasion, history, science and reading a lot about seriel killers. while being a child and reading on a college level there was ont thing that went terribly wrong. i could not write and i till cannot today. i have never had the ability to write, i annot spell, i have no use of puncuation and i cannot write a complete sentence. no one has ever been able to explain why i have no writing skills at all. it makes it very hard for me to communicate well with others. another thing i want to point out about school is we kids in the program were given little red pills to take. we were fed sugar cubes about once a week and sometimes given this grape juice. i asked my parents about this recently and my mom assured me she had no knowledge of this. i do remember it very clearly though. i did some research and found others who remember being given the same drugs yet none of us know why. ill give you some food for thaught though. of the 50 of us in the i.g.c. program almost all have had somewhat tragic lives. mot of the kids in the program have gone on to become hard core drug addicts, alcholics, some have committed suicide and we have almot all be in trouble with the law. why would a group of genious kids all end up living such tragic lives? let me continue with my story.
i am now in my 20′s i have a substantial drinking problem. i am working but way over qualified for my postion. i am lost in my mind. i dont know whati want to do with my life. i suffer severe anxiety and insomnia. i drink to relax my nerves and quiet the noise inside my head….

mid 20′ i befriend movie actor peter greene. i become friends with this movie actor. we become very close friends. i get a phone call from him in the middle of the night. he tells me he needs my help and i must come to his home right away he needs my help. when i get to his home i find he murdered aa man right in his own living room. there was a man laying on the floor. he was completly naked anf the top of his head was blown off. there was blood and guts everywhere. it was disgusting. i threw up. peter greene wanted me to help him remove the body from his home. i said no and i left. i reported this incident to the police.
mid 20′s i become the manager of the viper room night club in los angeles. less than two months after taken the job movie actor river pheonix dies at the nightclub. i had noting at all to do with it but i was the manager so i get unwanted media attention..
mid 20′s i begin to ee a pshchiotrist, he diagnoesed me as bi-poler and puts me on medications. i was on many different types of medications. i dont know if they helped but i continues to take this pharmacutical garbage up untill last year. i quit drinking and to this day i have not had another drink.
early 30′s. i continue to take this medicine but i discovered the use of medical marijuana. my doctors agree that it is good medicine for me and i become a avid useer of medical marijuana. it is the first thing that has ever given me relief from my mind. i use medical marijuana and feel a peace unlike anyone could imagiane. it calms my nerves and i get a spiritual awakening from the use of marijuana.
early 30′s i finally obtain a job that suits me. i become the president and ceo of a publicly traded company. my life was fantastic i was on top for once in my life. i am still using medical marijuana and some of the pharmacutical medications. this is when things start getting crazy for me again. i had no idea what i was involved in at work. i belived i was just doing my job to the best of my ability. i become the subject of a fbi investigation. the governement makes a ase that my company os a front for orginized crime and that we are money laundering and commiting wide spread fraud. i was arrested as well as the people i worked for. we were charged with a who array of white collar crimes. i pleaded guilty and given 8 years of probation.
early 30′s some over theses storys overlap so just bear with me. i am not in my early 30′s my life is good and i am doing well. childhood freind david radermaker call me me on the telephone and tells me he killed a girl. he tells me a story about how he met this model and he brought her to the mountians and killed her. i did not belive a word he says and i just blew it off thinking he was crazy. i decided he was nuts and i chose to never speak with him again.
early 30′s. meet george hoopes, larry martinez, doyle hoyt, paul byrnes, eddie ortiz, rafael perez, wayne duvay, these men are known as the rampart crash unit of the los angeles police department. i befriend these men and give them moonlighting jobs working at propertys my company owns. the next thing that happens is the rampart crash scandel breaks. these men that worked for me we now being accussed of all types of crimes. i have no idea if they were giulty or not but now i am contacted by internal affairs. i am questioned and accused of being some type of leader of these men and i am forced to testify in a high profile case. i had noting to say. i have no idea what these men did but somehow it blows over for me…
mid 30′s i am arrested by the fbi in connection with my job and president of amtec communications. i answer to my charges and i am given probation.
late 30′s while still under supervision of pre-trail services i am watching a tv show called unsolved mystrys. the do a segment on a beautifull model from florida named kimberly pandellios. they give some facts of her murder. i couldent belive what i was hearing. the describe the same thing that david radamaker descirbed whan he told me he killed that girl. i was in shock and horrified. i called the number and told them what i knew. a couple homicide detective came out to talk to me a couple times but i never heard anything else.
late 30′ i was still on probation, i could not find work. every dime i had ever earned was seized by the government in connection with my white collar crimes. i was broke and couldent imagine how i would ever make a living again. by this time a was a huge medical marijuana user. i had now aquired a degree in cannabis from the university of amsterdam. i know what i was doing and i opened a medical marijuana dispensary in los angeles. i had become a high profile medical marjuana advocate and activist. i opend several more locations and was doing very well. i was making money hand over fist. my health and mind were doing very good. i was helping medical marijuana patients and i was feeling good about myself. on a cold november night my worst fear came true. i was raided by the fbi and the dea. i was arrested for possession for sales of marijuana, furnishing a plae to smoke marijuana, possession of hashish, manufactore of hashish, and money laundering. once again they governemt seized everything i owned. i was again on trial for a crime i did not commit. medical marijuana and the dispensing of it are legal in california but not leagel in the united tates of america. after a lenghty high profile trial i was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in federal prison. i went and did my time. it was crazy i was housed with a virtual whos who in the world of orginized crime. i was with every hight profile offender of the time. it was like everyone i was housed with was in the news almost every day. i was with doctors and mafia members.
late 30′s i am doing my time in federal prison. i am once again contacted by the homicide detetives in redagrd to the deat of kimberly pandelios. the tell me that david radamaker is her killer and they need me to testify in court. radermaker was still claiming to be innocent but i testified to the best of my ability. while i was on the stand something i said sparked a emotional response from radermaker. he jumped up in ipen ourt and screamed at me “if you think what i did to oher was bad wait till you see what i do to your sister” that was it a confession in open court. that was it for him. life without the possibility of parole. once again i was in the news and not wanting to be there.
late 30′s very close friend actor robert pastorelli commits suicide. the gun he used was a gun i gave him as a birthday present many years prior to his suicide. no media attention for me. i just feel terrible about what he had done.
i am now 47 years old. due to the situations in my life i suffer from post tramatic stress disorder. i am nervous and shake all the time. i am still a medical marijuana patient and i do not use anything else for my conditions. i have not taken so much as a cough drop in the last 2 years. was feeling much better untill now. recently i was notified by may family that they belive i am a drug addict. i dont know what they are basing this on but i do not use drugs nor have i ever used any drug that were not prescribed to me and i have never used anything in excess. my family is saying the my medical marijuana is a drug and that i am addicted. i dont feel i am but do to the threat of being cut off from my family i agreed to go to rehab. i am on a waiting list right now to go in. i am not happy about it and i will continue to smoke marijuana as soon as i get out of rehab. i dont know why my family is putting this pressure on me to make me stop the only thing in my life that has ever made me feel good.

I am a victim of mind control. I know some basic facts that can explain most of your insights and experiences put forth and by similar individuals like yourself. First off this is Soviet Global Mind Control effected by targeting ‘vector waves’ from artificial magnetosphere/ionosphere some 10 to 50 km (rough estimation) from surface of the earth (the chem-trail stuff popularly misunderstood is simply replenishing the medium used for deflecting the energy at the target – if you understand the QED involved in light refraction in glass then you will understand the principle here). The impact energy (vector waves) originate from the east-west direction anywhere on earth and descend at an proximate angle of 45 to 60 degrees. These energy pulses impact any matter to demodulate by thermo-elastic energy process. When a human is targeted the bones (skull) are used to demodulate the energy into coherent ‘mental thought’(thought webs). This could be a dream, a subliminal suggestion or electromagnetic frequency pattern that initiates a physiological process. These mental thought webs are transferred from another unfortunate individual trained to attune to your personality and your ‘self’ in order to enable to drive your consciousness (mind control). The effectiveness of this modality is dependent upon your ability of self awareness or knowing yourself. The more you are attuned to reality and your ‘self’ the better chance you have to become aware of the process and prevent control. Unfortunately there is another way to control individuals that uses a linguistic method (semantics) as opposed to thought webs as briefly described above. The linguistic method can be subliminal (into subconscious) or pure voice as conveyed by the ears (into consciousness). For this to be enables the Soviet perpetrators have to implant a device into your inner ear and one inside the ear canal (if you are a victim you will have scar tissue on the tympanic membrane in your left ear). Contrary to other theories the implants are 1-2 mm in length, 0.5 mm in width and round with pointed ends. Victims can easily find these at other areas of the scull (two on frontal lobe, behind the ears, anterior left temporal lobe and the occipital lobe on bony ridges) by placing 0.5 to 1 cm thick rubber over suspect area and discover a seismic-like wave front that generates a kinetic force effect (seismic-like pulse). To disable the implant you can dig it out if you can see it (sometimes when inserted fresh it can be dug out, the location revealed by small lesion), otherwise impact the spot with a blunt object to disable it. Note that these implants in the scalp are used to fabricate the manifestation of mental illness which is then used to discredit you and do away with you – this happens if you are uncontrollable and you learn out too much of the truth. To disable the implant in the ear canal place polystyrene beads into the canal all the way to the ear drum. This will interfere with the device by producing a metallic buzz (this means that transmission is out of sync). To disable the inner ear device used to read/listen to your sub-vocal thinking place rubber muffs over your ears (left ear is the one used but when this is disabled sometimes they will do the same to your right ear which is not as effective due to language processing being done on the left side). Then cover your head with a carbon fibre helmet that fits snugly over your head. You must sleep with this stuff on your head or you will be brainwashed (I know -not very comfortable).
There is also sleep hypnosis which is used to control people. Just quickly, this is effected by impacting energy pulses at your left lobe (about the temple, just next to the ear –technically the anterior temporal lobe) to ‘inject’ thought webs during the hypnogogic stage of sleep (first 20 minutes or so before you fall asleep). You may become aware of the process by ‘hearing’ voices or being woken up unexpectedly during sleep thinking you have been dreaming – this may be repeated during the night until you become responsive (sorry this is very brief but it will give you some idea as to what is going on). To prevent this process you have to have your head covered with carbon fibre as only carbon will stop coherent demodulation by thermo-elastic process and prevent penetration of electromagnetic energy (magnetic energy can get through but the brain is an electromagnetic ‘device’ requiring both).
Then there is the process of alter identity creation what I call ‘meta- id’ – this is the most dangerous and effective form of control as it uses all aspects of other methods. The process here consists of subjecting the victim to horrifying dreams (this process is popularly known and misunderstood as sleep paralysis), then the victim is regressed to a child-like state and a new personality is created which is controlled by subliminal suggestions. When you are subjected to this process you will have a series of mornings waking to find that you feel like you did not sleep well and did not get any quality rest. The control of you will be slow and gradual at first to get you used to switching from one personality to next. If you are keenly self-observant you may notice a kind of mind flipping that causes a momentary foggy state and perhaps some instantaneous vertigo. This is the id switching. Initially you will be given simple tasks which do not stray from you norm, and when they have you well attuned they can have you do things which are against you morals or interest. While in this state you will be controlled to remember and forget selective events so as to create a fabricated experience and history. The selective forgetting is achieved by blanking your temporary memory, again in the anterior temporal lobe but a different frequency (sorry, again I skip a lot of detail but you will get some idea).
Finally, beware of medical practitioners as some are victims themselves, especially if they come from other cultures (good psychological reason for this), and some are crypto-communists usually the psychiatrists or heads of psychiatric units.
And remember, it is not the CIA or the US government (they are victims!), or the Bildeberg group, Illuminati, etc., or the aliens – this is just a distraction – it is the Soviets in every country of the world. To promulgate and expose this system it is the government and the intelligence agency of your country that you should go to inform. Unfortunately many government officials and the elected representatives have been specifically selected because they are susceptible to mental suggestions and you will find it hard to communicate meaningfully and effectively with them (you will know this when nothing is done after you inform them). You will not be able to get close to those who are well informed and self aware because even these people will be situationally manipulated by third party to your disadvantage.
You should know that internet is manipulated especially for you; if you research, articles will be created and served up for you to find and mislead you. Anything that you think that you have found on the internet that is significant and true –it is not! Nothing that reflects facts about mind control is allowed to be placed on internet. You might think that you have created a web site that many people can see but it is only you and perhaps some delusional individuals. That is why you will not read this; or anybody else who can think on the internet. That’s right I am wasting my time because I know that the perpetrators would never allow material like this to surface. So if you by some miracle read this, copy it and distribute it.
Finally, above all know yourself; the best defence against this abuse is to know about brainwashing, hypnosis, alter identity and the basics about the workings of the brain. Keep your feet firmly rooted in reality, do not think you know something without evidence or firm and multiple ‘indicators’, procrastinate and think again; and know real history (now even history is manipulated).

Also I have found that them have also some sort of brain implant in their heads and probably a battery (go listen Metallica: Battery) but in their case it enhances a standard of living, in victims case it is a hell. 1970 i was five years old and entering kindergarden in the new york school system. in kinder garden i was picked out to be part of a new program in the nyc schools. it was called the i.g.c. program. it stood for intellectually gifted children. there were a total of 50 of us in the program. we were children with iqs off the charts. we were considerd the most intelligent kids in the entire state of new york. we were giving advanced studys that included, politics, releigon, science, math, english etc. we where even taught to speak french! i was actually one of the top student in the program. by the time i turned 7 year old i was fluent in french. i was reading books about the bay of pigs invasion, history, science and reading a lot about seriel killers. while being a child and reading on a college level there was ont thing that went terribly wrong. i could not write and i till cannot today. i have never had the ability to write, i annot spell, i have no use of puncuation and i cannot write a complete sentence. no one has ever been able to explain why i have no writing skills at all. it makes it very hard for me to communicate well with others. another thing i want to point out about school is we kids in the program were given little red pills to take. we were fed sugar cubes about once a week and sometimes given this grape juice. i asked my parents about this recently and my mom assured me she had no knowledge of this. i do remember it very clearly though. i did some research and found others who remember being given the same drugs yet none of us know why. ill give you some food for thaught though. of the 50 of us in the i.g.c. program almost all have had somewhat tragic lives. mot of the kids in the program have gone on to become hard core drug addicts, alcholics, some have committed suicide and we have almot all be in trouble with the law. why would a group of genious kids all end up living such tragic lives? let me continue with my story.

mid 20′s i become the manager of the viper room night club in los angeles. less than two months after taken the job movie actor river pheonix dies at the nightclub. i had noting at all to do with it but i was the manager so i get unwanted media attention..
mid 20′s i begin to ee a pshchiotrist, he diagnoesed me as bi-poler and puts me on medications. i was on many different types of medications. i dont know if they helped but i continues to take this pharmacutical garbage up untill last year. i quit drinking and to this day i have not had another drink.
early 30′s. i continue to take this medicine but i discovered the use of medical marijuana. my doctors agree that it is good medicine for me and i become a avid useer of medical marijuana. it is the first thing that has ever given me relief from my mind. i use medical marijuana and feel a peace unlike anyone could imagiane. it calms my nerves and i get a spiritual awakening from the use of marijuana.
early 30′s i finally obtain a job that suits me. i become the president and ceo of a publicly traded company. my life was fantastic i was on top for once in my life. i am still using medical marijuana and some of the pharmacutical medications. this is when things start getting crazy for me again. i had no idea what i was involved in at work. i belived i was just doing my job to the best of my ability. i become the subject of a fbi investigation. the governement makes a ase that my company os a front for orginized crime and that we are money laundering and commiting wide spread fraud. i was arrested as well as the people i worked for. we were charged with a who array of white collar crimes. i pleaded guilty and given 8 years of probation.
early 30′s some over theses storys overlap so just bear with me. i am not in my early 30′s my life is good and i am doing well. childhood freind david radermaker call me me on the telephone and tells me he killed a girl. he tells me a story about how he met this model and he brought her to the mountians and killed her. i did not belive a word he says and i just blew it off thinking he was crazy. i decided he was nuts and i chose to never speak with him again.
early 30′s. meet george hoopes, larry martinez, doyle hoyt, paul byrnes, eddie ortiz, rafael perez, wayne duvay, these men are known as the rampart crash unit of the los angeles police department. i befriend these men and give them moonlighting jobs working at propertys my company owns. the next thing that happens is the rampart crash scandel breaks. these men that worked for me we now being accussed of all types of crimes. i have no idea if they were giulty or not but now i am contacted by internal affairs. i am questioned and accused of being some type of leader of these men and i am forced to testify in a high profile case. i had noting to say. i have no idea what these men did but somehow it blows over for me…
mid 30′s i am arrested by the fbi in connection with my job and president of amtec communications. i answer to my charges and i am given probation.
late 30′s while still under supervision of pre-trail services i am watching a tv show called unsolved mystrys. the do a segment on a beautifull model from florida named kimberly pandellios. they give some facts of her murder. i couldent belive what i was hearing. the describe the same thing that david radamaker descirbed whan he told me he killed that girl. i was in shock and horrified. i called the number and told them what i knew. a couple homicide detective came out to talk to me a couple times but i never heard anything else.
late 30′ i was still on probation, i could not find work. every dime i had ever earned was seized by the government in connection with my white collar crimes. i was broke and couldent imagine how i would ever make a living again. by this time a was a huge medical marijuana user. i had now aquired a degree in cannabis from the university of amsterdam. i know what i was doing and i opened a medical marijuana dispensary in los angeles. i had become a high profile medical marjuana advocate and activist. i opend several more locations and was doing very well. i was making money hand over fist. my health and mind were doing very good. i was helping medical marijuana patients and i was feeling good about myself. on a cold november night my worst fear came true. i was raided by the fbi and the dea. i was arrested for possession for sales of marijuana, furnishing a plae to smoke marijuana, possession of hashish, manufactore of hashish, and money laundering. once again they governemt seized everything i owned. i was again on trial for a crime i did not commit. medical marijuana and the dispensing of it are legal in california but not leagel in the united tates of america. after a lenghty high profile trial i was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in federal prison. i went and did my time. it was crazy i was housed with a virtual whos who in the world of orginized crime. i was with every hight profile offender of the time. it was like everyone i was housed with was in the news almost every day. i was with doctors and mafia members.
late 30′s i am doing my time in federal prison. i am once again contacted by the homicide detetives in redagrd to the deat of kimberly pandelios. the tell me that david radamaker is her killer and they need me to testify in court. radermaker was still claiming to be innocent but i testified to the best of my ability. while i was on the stand something i said sparked a emotional response from radermaker. he jumped up in ipen ourt and screamed at me “if you think what i did to oher was bad wait till you see what i do to your sister” that was it a confession in open court. that was it for him. life without the possibility of parole. once again i was in the news and not wanting to be there.
late 30′s very close friend actor robert pastorelli commits suicide. the gun he used was a gun i gave him as a birthday present many years prior to his suicide. no media attention for me. i just feel terrible about what he had done.

Compounding the problem of finding support for TI’s is the fact that people posing as TI’s engage in long discussions on forums like this one, so no one can ever know who is legitimately targeted and who is undermining all efforts at protection.
My experience is that “most people” are in full support of brainwashing and the control of isolated individuals. The world is comprised of miserable, angry and hateful people who are oppressed endlessly in low-wage jobs they hate, doing things they hate doing, and voila! Gang stalking gives them an outlet for their frustrations. Meanwhile, the people pulling their strings and making them miserable allow them this free punching bag target and victim to abuse and torture and often they get paid to do it. This is how the system operates, under the entire principle of anger, hate, and misery inflicted on the mass of humanity. People who espouse love, freedom and joy in living–(who are not part of the wealthy who get to enjoy the best in life, at the expense of keeping everyone else that they can in a type of slavery) talk about love and joy, but they of course fully support and usually sponsor the attacks on individuals, in order to keep their “power” over humanity, and to keep people miserable so they help them to keep down any “anomalies” who don’t support their system of total control. You can call “them” Illuminati, or government agencies, or the “elite”, but it’s really large mass groups of people on various levels of this hierarchical tiered system who all completely follow orders and believe in this system. When this system is dismantled, then victims of stalking will have some support system. Otherwise it’s not some little top of the pyramid or secret agencies doing this, it’s the “masses”, it’s thousands and thousands of people working together to make this possible.
